Each area is defined as a single room or space up to 300 square feet in size.
All areas will be inspected on-site by a technician, and any updates regarding sizes, carpet stains, condition, or other concerns will be confirmed with you.
* Carpet Protection: Application of a stain-resistant protective treatment designed to help carpets repel spills and extend their clean appearance between cleanings.
** Carpet Deodorizer: Treatment designed to neutralize odors and leave carpets smelling fresh and clean, ideal for areas affected by pets, smoke, or general odors.
*** Stains: Stains on carpets require special attention. We charge an additional $15 per stain due to the extra time and specialized treatment required.
**** Stair Cleaning: $4.80 per step.
Portable Equipment Use – Additional $40 required for homes with 2+ floors and no elevator.
Filtration Soil Treatment – Additional $20 per area for treating dark soil lines along baseboards or under doors.
CRB Deep Cleaning Upgrade – Available for $50. Highly effective at lifting embedded dirt, hair, and debris from deep within carpet fibers.
