Commercial Carpet Cleaning in Northbrook, IL — 4,513 Sq. Ft. Office, Three Rooms

About this job

The office sits on Wainwright Dr, a short drive from the Deerfield line, and the carpet runs wall to wall through three large rooms. Together they measured 4,513 square feet of broadloom — the kind of open commercial floor that takes foot traffic from one end of the suite to the other every working day. The office manager wanted the whole carpeted area done as one job rather than piecemeal, so we quoted and billed it on a per-square-foot basis and scheduled the work as a single visit.

Our crew measured each room first to confirm the square footage, then worked the floor in sections so there was always a clear path through the suite. Traffic lanes and the open areas between workstations were cleaned the same way, section by section, with overlapping passes so nothing was left half-done at a seam between rooms. Three rooms at that size is a steady rhythm of work — set up, clean, move the lines, repeat — and keeping to a section order meant the finished carpet stayed off-limits until we were through with it.

The final figure came to $1,528 for the 4,513 square feet, straight off the per-square-foot rate with no add-ons. Before leaving we walked the three rooms with the office manager so she could see the result across the whole floor rather than one room at a time. Commercial carpet in an office this size benefits from being cleaned as a complete area — the color stays even from room to room instead of showing a line where one job stopped and the next began.
